“I would tell everyone to come. You never know what you’re going to learn or what is going to come up for you.” – Olivia P. Past participants have written speeches, emailed potential clients, and even meditated. It isn’t what you do here. It’s the energetic state from which action sprouts. Curious to learn more? Sustainability is that word.I hear it echoed on clients' lips in desperation and in the subtext of a culture that normalizes overwork, underjoy, and burnout. The average American spends 90,000 hours at work over the course of their life. I would argue that this number is far larger for business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders forging their own paths. But what does it mean to be sustainable? And how does it relate to building our businesses, creating success on our terms, and liberating our voices? How do we move beyond lip service and hold ourselves accountable for our actions and choices? Sustainability looks like cash money in the door. Building what matters includes facing and ceasing underearning and creating wealth. BUT… Most people face burnout, overthink, and do nothing, or focus on non-useful initiatives when taking action. This is especially true if you're a sensitive person. You may not yet know how to create cash, and contribution is a slow, steady way that honors who they are (and doesn't require the ultimate sacrifice of their well-being). Slow (er) is revolutionary. No amount of grinding success will liberate your voice if it requires burnout and slave labor. Sustainability requires you to make changes in the small moments while you’re working, even when all your shit comes up. How do you create a sustainable business? You learn how to contribute in sustainable ways. Sustainability in building your business and liberating your voice invites you to: 1. Work with your internal energy systems. 2. Refocus your energy on building what matters. 3. Redefine success on your terms. 4. Do not buy into toxic industry standards that harm you but look shiny. 5. Nurture a vision. 6. Collaborate with your Big Voice Inside™. You learn how to do this in real time.Your life and professional contributions depend on your ability to honor your natural resources, who you truly are, and build your business in a way that doesn’t burn you out or kill you. Life commands us to master using our natural resources internally and externally. When you really get down to it, there is no inside vs outside. It is all connected and united. Who we are being, first and foremost, creates our new reality. Creating a sustainable business and liberating our voices is a multifaceted and dynamic process. There are no magical three steps that will get you there. But it’s possible. And it’s necessary. Are you ready? If so, join us next Friday, June 7th, and June 21st, at 10 am ET for Aligned Actions Co-Working Sessions with Live Coaching. It’s complimentary. Register below for each session. You must register for each session individually.
There will be live coaching as part of the process. You’ll be surrounded by peers in a structured format to help you stop overthinking and take aligned action toward your calling. These sessions are complimentary. What participants are saying...

“[After participating in the co-working session] I am feeling more able to let go of things that don't fit me, clearer in my ability to hear amidst the noise, curious about what it will feel like/how I might proceed to live as myself, wanting to get to know me.” – Anastasia H. Have you ever felt like you didn't make the money you knew you could because you just didn't know what your "thing" was? I went face to face with this "problem" for a decade. People's advice for me concerned marketing, messaging, niche picking, and sales, which is hysterical because isn't this what I help others do? But what's true for myself and my clients is that I knew it felt like lying until I could share my whole Truth, my message, and the gift I'm here to share. I grew impatient, as...
Live. Rigid structures made of thinking are unreal; they can bend at will with the flick of a switch, the changed forecast of insight, and the great power of listening to that ever still, Big Voice Within, that's who's talking now. And who then is listening? Are we not both the speaker and the listener? Is our play not our work and our work our play? Rigidity does not suit you. Free yourself of the constraint of black-and-white, left or right, good or bad, and simply be. This is the greatest...
